Insurance claims - outrageous charges
Royal Sun Alliance insurance have been heavily criticised today in court for over charging for accident repairs. It seems they use thier own in house accident management company who simply ramp up the costs and pass them on to the other insurance company. Some insurance companies are refusing to pay and it has all ended up in court, your thoughts on this? Is it the start of some sense of realism creeping into the insurance world?

Yes, I read that. Good to see a Judge standing up for common sense.
