New Focus - can I manage with a DPF?
The new Ford Focus Powershift presently comes only with a Diesel engine.
Is the diesel problem RECTIFIED on this new model or do they still come with DPF?
If they still have DPF would 20 miles on the motorway once a week keep the filter clean (remainder of the week just local, 5 miles at a time)?

Still come with a DPF that lasts about 80,000 miles. As long as you don't do repeated very short runs from cold (especially in winter) your regime of 5 mile runs and 30 mile runs at the weekend should be okay.
