Who pays for lease car repairs once the warranty is up?

I have a lease car on a four year team - the manufacturer's warranty is three years. If something goes wrong with the vehicle after the 3 years, who is responsible for repair - the lease company or the person leasing the vehicle?

Generally speaking any repairs that are required that do not fall under the terms of your vehicle warranty are your responsibility, although you may wish to clarify this with your lease provider.
