Noisy A3 Sportback tyres
I have a new Audi A3 sportsback 1.4 TFSI SE.
It's fitted with Bridgestone Potenza REO40 205/55R16 tyres. There seems to be a high level of road noise when we go 40mph or higher. Would different tyres solve this problem?
Could you recommend alternatives?

Michelin Pilot Primacy HPs or Goodyear Excellence would probably be quieter. Toyo 205/55 R16s are quiet on my Mazda 5. These are not ridiculously low profile tyres, so that isn't the problem.
