Converting a car from German to British spec

I live in Germany and intend to import an Audi A2 for use in the North West of the UK as it has an aluminium body, so it should prevent salt spray corrosion.

What changes are required other than head light replacement to meet British specs?

The problem will be mixed metal corrosion where the aluminium body is connected to steel. It will need a miles-per-hour speedo and a rear fog light on the right.
