Faulty repair - who is liable?
A timing chain fitted by Ford and still under warranty has failed, blowing the head. Ford say they are liable only to repair the timing chain. I think they are liable to repair the rest of the damage as well.

You are right. Take the matter to www.motorcodes.co.uk for arbitration and if they let you down, let me know. (It might have been a belt, not a chain.)
