Unsatisfactory repair

I bought my Jaguar in March with 3 months warranty (on invoice it just stated these words). Test drove well.

Would not start when leaving the dealer premises. Dealer got vehicle to start eventually giving plausible reason for non-start. Engine malfunction light displayed and ABS light displayed - another plausible reason given by Dealer.

On three separate occasions the non start problem occured: engine turned over but would not fire and RAC breakdown came to the rescue each time. They diagnosed faulty crank sensor each time. Dealer collected and supplied courtesy car three times. Took a fortnight to return first time.

We have given dealer five separate clear chances to remedy - unsatisfactory because same problem remains: intermittent non start. Would I be within my rights to get work rectified at another garage and bill the dealer?
