Aircon problems in Accord

Had aircon problems not cooling, checked gas by specialist aircon company but was full to capacity.

Centre vents, cool. Nearside vents warmer. Offside vents warmer still.
On a hot day setting on "lo" all the time, fan on full, cabin still too warm.
Any ideas
