Seat Exeo Sport tech sat nav problems
I have factory ordered a 2011 Seat Exeo 2.0 TDI Sport Tech. When the car arrived the dealer rang to state that the Sat Nav unit as ordered had not been fitted to the car and an "upgrade" would be fitted to the car. When we inspected the car a Pioneer unit with a blanking plate had been fitted.
It looks horrible and takes away the sport tech element of the car.
I have asked the dealer to correct fit the ordered unit which is factory spec.
What are my rights? All i really want if the fatory spec sat nav that makes the centre consol attractive. I am also worried that if I accept the pioneer unit it will affect the future resale value of the car because the fitted unit does look very aftermarket in its quality.
