Carworld problems

I have the same problem with a recent post about citroen warranty. I just bought a c4 grand picasso 1.6 from carworld last Dec. its still under manufacturers warranty as it has 09 registration. The turbo charger broke down recently and the Citroen doesnt want to honor the warranty as Carworld have used a different oil on its 20K service which was done before the I got the car. Now i'm left in limbo and shock as Citroen wont pay the repair and cost. I'm still trying to get in touch with carworld as to let them know that they should pay the bill. I'm left alone wondering what to do next just in case Carworld wont pay the bill. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..

So Carworld is liable. Sue them.
