How can I find the build date of my car?

How do I find out when my car was built? I can't find the SOS button on my KIA Sportage registered in October 2019 so it should have one providing it wasn't built before April 2018. I've looked at the 10th letter of the VIN number and this is L which I believe is 2020 so that's no help.

On the jamb of the driver's door you should find a sticker which contains information about the vehicle including the build date.
