Which Volvo?

We have the choice of the following and we will probably trade in or sell in 5 years time. Both the following are from 2 Volvo dealers

VOLVO XC90 R
Registered August 2010 was 185 BHP engine but has factory tweak (software I am told with same economy) called Polestar. It has lots of kit - DVD, sunroof and premium pack of Bluetooth and Sat Nav which we want. It also has 20" alloys, tow bar and digital tv which is okay bit not an essential. The dealer wants £32400 and it was owned by Volvo UK - a staff car maybe.

VOLVO XC90- SE new
This would include dvd, sunroof and premium pack of sat nav and Bluetooth which is what we want. We should be able to get this for under £35,500. This is the dealership my wife uses and we are pleased with them.

We also have an Audi A3 R reg from 1998 and we may be offred £500 is that reasonable?

Don't touch the one with the ridiculous 20" alloys. I'd re-think anyway. The XC90 is near the end of its days and there are better, cheaper alternatives, like the Hyundai Santa Fe and KIA Sorento with chain cam rather than belt cam engines.
