Escalating an issue

Just to recap on my fault - you have made several suggestions which I have passed on to Hardings Renault in Hemel.

I have an ongoing intermittant fault with my Laguna 2.2 turbo automatic CE04MTU which has only covered 33000 miles.

When the key card is inserted with the gear lever in Park position, the gear lever locks in the fully forward position, the dash indicator shows R and the car will not start, this first appeared in Oct 2010.

The car has been into Hardings on many occassions and although they have seen it happen it does not register on their testing computer and they cannot clear the fault.

They are not allowed by Renault to contact Renaults top technical people.

I have been in touch with Renaults customer service and they have offered a cash incentive to help me change to a new car. In fact I have ordered a new megane - delivery July.

The Laguna keeps letting me down - so I want to write to the top customer services Director to get this properly recorded.

Can you please give me a name and address that I could write to - I will keep you informed and can send you a detailed log of events.

The current MD of Renault UK is Tierry Sybord. He's a good listener.
