Specialist car

I am 6' 6", disabled, and need a reasonably high vehicle, large, with front doors in excess of 105 cms. I have tried just about everything from Range Rover down, and just can't get in. Would consider an import, or pick-up, but it must have auto box.

I suppose,I would have to say, that economy is not a problem, but access is.
Second hand would be fine.

What you ideally need is a Renault Avantime, described and pictured here:

But this is now a specialist car, possibly with a spare parts problem.
