Can I have an LPG conversion?

I've considered an LPG conversion on my 2.4-litre Hyundai Santa Fe but some installers don't recommend it.However, some do.

I believe the problem is that the valves are too soft, even with a lubrication kit added. I need a "correct" answer once and for all!

That and the variable valve timing. It's not suitable for the conversion.
