Parking charge in disabled bay
I was at the Glasgow Fort on Sunday 10th of April. I had parked in a disabled bay and I returned to find a parking charge notice from Town and City Parking ltd.
It said I had 10 days to pay a £30 parking charge or it would double.
There are no parking charges at the Glasgow Fort. I had my mother with me but she forgot her badge. I was only in the shop 10 minutes.
When I came home I had a look online and I saw a number of complaints regarding this company, and all advice is to ignore them.
So I was wondering, is this true? Or should I pay them?

You seem to have been in contravention of the blue badge rules so you should pay.
