Need a new large car

I currently have a 2007 Berlingo Multispace and I am looking to change it. Under consideration are the Skoda Roomster Scout 1.6 or a Berlingo 110 xtr.

Have you any thoughts or alternatives?

The car would be for everyday family use, with the occasional transportation of large objects.

Also a medium sized dog would use the boot area.
