Can I refuse to take back my car from the insurance company after it was stolen?
Can I refuse to take back my car from the insurance company after it was stolen? I am too scared. I don’t know where it’s been.

Unless the car has been damaged beyond repair and is classed as a write off, then the car still belongs to you and you won’t be able to refuse it’s return. Unfortunately there’s not many other options apart from selling the car itself.
