Can you recommend a cordless trickle charger?
Is there such a thing as a cordless rechargeable trickle charger, that I can buy for my VW Caddy 1ltr TSI, stop start battery? The vehicle is parked on a terraced street, on road and I have no garage, so a corded one is not ideal, and I would prefer not to remove the battery.

Trickle chargers like this do exist, but they are relatively rare. We would suggest looking at the CTEK CS Free: www.ctek.com/uk/battery-chargers-12v-24v/cs-free as this can act not only as a battery booster but also a trickle charger which can be connected to a solar panel or a 12V battery.
