What should I replace my Jaguar XF with?
I currently run a 14 year old Jaguar XF3.0D with 150,000 miles. It still runs well and is great on long journeys with heated leather seats etc. Over the last 4 years I have been only averaging 4000 miles and with the increasing parts failure its time for a change. Ideally I need something that can easily carry my golf trolley and clubs and has comfortable ride quality coupled with decent ride height. Happy to consider petrol and have budget of circa £20,000

A used Volkswagen Tiguan sounds like a good option. It's a classy SUV with an excellent ride quality and plenty of room for golf clubs. We'd recommend one with the punchy 1.5-litre petrol engine. If you're looking for a more premium car, take a look at the Volvo XC40 or bigger XC60.
