Our car was hit by a disqualified driver - will their insurance pay out?
I was hit by another driver who now looks to be a disqualified driver. Should his insurance still cover our damages?

We are sorry to hear of your collision. If you haven't already, you should contact your insurance company as soon as possible about this incident, as your policy may include an uninsured driver clause. The issue may be that the disqualified driver's policy is not valid because of their licence status, so unfortunately you may be forced to make a claim on your own policy.
