Where do I stand with a parking problem?

Where do I stand...? The people who live opposite me persistently park their motor home across the gate blocking access to my field. I live in the house next to the field, however, it is not part of my garden, it was originally part of a farm and the land is now used as an allotment to which access is needed. Is there anything we can do to stop the access from being blocked?

If they are blocking an entrance (obviously with a dropped kerb) you can call the police and have their vehicle towed away. No dropped kerb, it does not constitute an entrance.
