Collecting a Mercedes-Benz from the factory in Stuttgart and driving back
I am collecting a Mercedes C250CDI from Stuttgart and driving it back to the UK. Given that this will mainly be motorway miles how long (time or distance) should I stay in the rev band ranges as advised in the FAQ section of the site?

Regularly vary the revs. So (in mph) cruise at 70 for 15 minutes, cruise at 80 for 15 minutes, cruise at 75 for 15 minutes, cruise at 60 for 15 minutes, cruise at 90 for 15 minutes, etc.
