Buying a left-hand drive car in the UK

I am contacting u from South Africa and am due soon to go to the UK to buy a car.

Im looking to buy a small RED convertible, four-seater automatic with left-hand drive as I will be then moving to Spain.

I am looking at a Nissan Micra C+C, but heard that it no longer is in production. Is this true? Would I be able to find one brand new still?

This will be a cash sale.
