Should I disconnect the DPF?
What is your advice on disconnecting a DPF from a diesel car and running it without one?

The DPF is the diesel particulate filter, which plays an important role in the vehicle's emissions system (trapping harmful particles and burning them off as part of its regeneration cycle).
The car will not pass the MoT if you remove the DPF and it will no longer be legally roadworthy.
