How is a thief getting into my car, through the double locks without setting off the alarm?
How is a thief (twice now, in quick succession) accessing my car without damage or setting the alarm off, and getting through the double locks?
They seem to be looking for anything valuable.
I just have a 2009 Golf MK IV SE, nothing flashed, with no valuables inside.
The car is always locked.
Is there a weaknesss in this car? (The helpful Police have mentioned electronic devices, or VAG have left an access point somewhere to allow dealers, if all key fobs lost).
Want can I do to stop this?
What can I do to capture their image?

Nothing you can do. Just don't leave anything in the car.
They have probably accessed the security codes that lets them get into the car but doesn't let them drive it away. The EC now requires manufacturers to release these to all garages, which effectively means anyone.
If you can park the car outside your house you could set up a video surveillance system.
