Will ABS and 4WD warning lights cause my car to fail the MoT?

On my Mitsubishi Shogun (2005 model) the 4WD light is flashing when in 2WD mode and the ABS light comes up randomly. But there seem to be no negative effects when I drive. Would these be an MoT failure?

The ABS warning light is a Major MoT failure. The 4WD light isn't.

Might be a faulty switch on the transfer box. If it isn't engaging/disengaging correctly then I've heard of cases where this fault causes the 4WD and ABS lights to flash on and off.
