What has happened to nearly new car values?

What has happened to nearly new car values? Six months ago they were very high and with the semi-conductor chip shortage and the problems in Ukraine/Russia I would have thought not much has changed but it would appear it has. Or am I wrong?

Nearly new car values have started to drop due to the cost of living crisis having an impact on consumer demand. However, they are generally still up year on year, by some margin.
