Citroen C3 Fault

I follow your column in The Telegraph and due to your advice I was able to get £450 back from Citroen UK - so thank you.

My wife's four-year-old Citroen C3 started misbehaving and was diagnosed that all four fuel injectors had to be replaced because they had been corroded by screenwash dripping from the windscreen wash system (worth getting checked). A mere £450. We had the work done, along with new screen washers, and to cut a long story short I complained to Citroen UK (I said it was a design fault), they initially declined to compensate me but with a little follow up and a letter they paid for all the work less the cost of the new screen washers, which I thought was fair. So thank you Citroen UK we will be buying another C3 and thank you for teaching me how to complain.
