Is the Ford Eco-Boost reliable?

Is the Ford EcoBoost engine reliable?

Ford experienced a number of EcoBoost problems with the old-shape Fiesta. The issues surrounded the turbo degas pipe, which was fixed by Ford under a recall. However, if a car has been serviced outside of the dealer network, it may not have had this problem rectified (the owner should have paperwork to prove it has been done): www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/ford/fiesta-2013/

Fewer complaints with the latest Fiesta, which was launched in 2017.
