Seat belt is too high - how can I make it comfortable?

The seat belt in our Honda Civic feeds in too high, so that in an accident would probably strangle me as it sits round my neck. It's as low as it will go.

What is the best way to make this comfortable?

I'd suggest buying a booster for the seat. This will increase your seating height and alter the angle of the belt. Most car accessory shops sell approved driver seat boosters, which attach to the base of the seat.
