Why is my car's seat belt pre-tensioner warning light on?
The seat belt pre-tensioner warning light is stuck on. I've now taken my car back to the dealer twice, but they can't find the problem and say the car is fine to drive. Are they correct?

Seat belt pre-tensioners are designed to tighten the seat belt and prevent injury in the event of a car crash. The warning light is either indicating a fault or telling you the seat belt pre-tensioner has previously been deployed. Either way, the car is not fine to drice and will fail its next MoT in its current state.
If the dealer cannot fix the car then tell them you will find a garage that can and bill them for the work.
