Is it free to update my driving licence photo if I'm over 70?
I am 77 and my appearance has changed, do I have to pay for a new photo or is it free for the over 70s?

Renewing your licence is free if you're over 70 and has to be done every three years. There is more guidance on the DVLA website here: www.gov.uk/renew-driving-licence-at-70
Be aware that there are currently delays for paper applications. Current processing times are available here: www.gov.uk/guidance/dvla-coronavirus-covid-19-upda...s
Kind regards
