Obscure question
During the winter, particularly when frosty, the inside of my windscreen freezes over immediately I get in. (Car kept on drive, all windows closed.) This can sometimes take up to half an hour to clear using full fan plus air con. Is there a way of stopping this happening please? It also tends to slightly mist up when it starts raining - even if I haven't been out in it. My car is an 05 Toyota Corolla Colour Collection. Any advice most welcome.

The first Corollas with this body had very poor ventilation if a/c was not fitted. The second series all had a/c. I would suspect that your pollen filter is either blocked with particles or sodden wet and that is causing the problem. Note that you can be fined savagely and even banned under totting up for driving with an obscured windscreen.
