Last Friday afternoon I did my usual weekly shop at the local ASDA. I returned home without noticing any damage but when using the car in the evening I saw a note under the windscreen wiper. This was from a gentleman who had observed a trolley being blown into my nearside door causing a dent. ASDA has noticed in the warning it does not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles parked in their car park. Do you think I have any chance of making a successful repair claim and if so can you suggest the best way to make a claim?

Question of negligence. If ASDA took reasonable care to gather up the trolleys, it's off the hook. It cannot be held responsible for the inconsiderate behaviour of its customers.
