Shop treatment

I am trying to assist an elderly lady friend to purchase a new car that will be used solely for short journeys i.e. shopping trips. I would appreciate your help. Her requirements are: A 5-door super mini costing no more than £9,000 and which does not look like a space module. Manual gear change. Ease of entry and exit from the car as she has recently had a hip replacement. Economic running costs. Can you help please?
