Party lines

My car is insured comprehensively for me and spouse only. My daughter visits occasionally and says she can drive on her own insurance, and if my car is damaged whilst she is driving, as long as she is not to blame, my car will be repaired under the errant driver’s insurance policy. I understood that 3rd party would not cover my car. Can you tell me who is correct?

She's right. If her policy entitles her to drive other cars third party
then, as long as she was not at fault in any way, the insurer of the
driver who crashed into your car would be liable to repair it or replace
it.
