In December 2008, in the teeth of family opposition, my 85 year-old father, who is not very well off, bought a new Renault Laguna 2.0T automatic hatchback, loaded with extras, paying full price - I think about £22,000. He hadn't driven one before buying it, and he now dislikes it intensely, won't use it and is desperate to sell it. He is hugely embarrassed and has asked me to sort it out for him. It's clear he is going to lose a colossal amount of money. What is our best course of action please? (Nobody in the family wants the car.)

www.sure-sell.info, www.webuyanycar.com, but what I would do first is see what sort of price the Renault dealer will give to buy it back. He
may want to have a nearly-new Laguna to sell.
