My husband and I are expecting our first child in June and are looking to buy our first family car. We are completely baffled. After 3 weeks of test driving and searching the Internet we are no closer to deciding what to get. We would like to get something that will last us for a good few years and maybe eventually for 2 or even 3 children. We will also need to put a roof rack and surfboards on it a few times a year. We’ve looked at superminis, MPVs and 4x4s and can’t decide what’s best. What would you recommend?
