Dangerous bender

I have had a Jazz for nearly 6 years now and it has been consistently good as you have always said. However, with age approaching, getting into the car is more difficult as flexibility diminishes. Are there any cars on the market, which allow easier access?

The similarly sized (British built) Nissan Note is better in this respect.
