My kinda gal
I’ve just taken delivery of a 2008 BMW 535d Touring with only 600 miles on the clock. The consumption readout says 30mpg at 60-70 mph on the motorway. My previous 2007 335d Touring (pre-Efficient Dynamics) could manage 41mpg. What are your thoughts about these figures?

E.N. later discovered that his I-Drive was set to record fuel consumption in US miles per gallon. Switching to Imperial gallons instantly improved the economy reading. A useful tip to BMW owners recording poor economy.
