Topped car action

I bought 2 year old a Nissan Micra from Nissan last April. It had just had its M2 service. Within a month or so I took it back as the brake warning light kept coming on. The head of service said it’s just the brakes bedding in as they were replaced on its last service and the brake fluid topped up. It’s been back with the same problem a few times and they just topped it up. It’s now had its first MOT and failed for a leaking brake line. They told me maybe expensive. I told them its still under 3yr warranty, I bought it from them and have been back and forth for brake fluid top-ups ever since. They have obviously sold me this car with a leaking brake line. Is there anything I can do?

Yes. TELL them to fix it. Don't ask them. TELL them that they sold you a dangerously defective, fundamentally unsafe car and if they do not fix it to your entire satisfaction you will not only sue them for the full purchase price of the car using the small claims track at the county court, you will also report them to Trading Standards for selling you a dangerously defective car.
