I have had problem after problem with my car not starting. If I disconnect the battery every night and reconnect, or disconnect when I am not using it then reconnect, it starts every time. I have had it to the garage several times, they have changed the battery and within a couple of weeks the battery is dead. I have gone to my car this morning and the alarm went off but the car wont start. The garage can't find a problem. I have also been driving along and if I stop or slow down the car stalls. I am getting annoyed because each time it is costing me a bomb.

You've got some kind of leakdown somewhere. First thing to do is switch off everything before you switch off the ignition, by which I mean switch off the radio, switch off the interior light completely, switch off the heater fan, switch off the heated rear window BEFORE you switch off the ignition, and remove the bulb from the boot light. If all that doesn't stop the battery draining, get a www.batterybrain.co.uk
