If a named driver makes a claim, does the policy holder lose their no claims bonus?
I share a car and the insurance covers the policy holder and a named driver. If the named driver makes a claim on the policy for an accident which was their fault, does the policy holder loose his no claims bonus? Secondly, at the next insurance renewal date, can the policy holder state that they have never had an accident or made a claim and state that the named driver has made a claim?

Yes, the policy holder will lose their no claims bonus. No, the policy holder cannot advise they have not made a claim, as you have. It is your policy that has been claimed on.
