Taking a back seat

As a Mum of two I, like most Mums, share the school run with other Mums. My husband tells me that I should not let my children sit in the rearmost seats of a Toyota Verso (7-seater). I am aware that NCAP does not yet test rear impacts. So help how do I know if he is just scaring me?

No. NCAP doesn't test rear impacts. But how many children have you ever heard of being injured or killed in the back seats of 7-seaters on the school run? I haven't heard of any.
