Do I have to add extras onto a car when buying or can I add them later?

If I buy a used car from a main dealer, can I still have their optional extras fitted at a later date by them, or would I have to have them fitted when first buying before picking the car up? Thanks.

Depends on the option. The dealer can fit larger wheels or make some small changes, but they'll expect you to pay for the parts and labour. It would be cheaper and easier to find a used car that matches your needs, rather than spend money on the dealer fitting them.
