Tinys are a changing

I’m now car downsizing and wish to get a small/medium hatchback in the £8k-£10k range. Since I am 76 years old, does it under current market conditions make economic sense to purchase new rather than used? Especially with limited funds and driving years left?

Get a NEW Hyundai i10 1.2 Comfort or Style at £7,750 or £8,250. Brilliant little car. 55mpg. £30 tax next year. Group 2 insurance. Upright seats. Decent ride comfort. Good handling. Easy to park. 5 doors. 5 seatbelts. And a FIVE YEAR warranty, so no worries at all until you are 81.
