Not a lot. They might need recharging as they'll lose a bit of charge over time but, if anything, electric cars can probably cope with being left for long periods better than combustion-engined cars. They have fewer moving parts to seize up.
If you cover no more than 100 miles per day and have easy access to a charging point at home or work, then an EV is ideal for you.
