If I buy a car online but then reject it, who has to pay for returning the vehicle?

If I purchase a car remotely and the seller pays to have it delivered, but I then reject the car within two weeks, who is responsible for the cost of returning it?

In this case, the buyer has to cover the cost of returning the vehicle.
