Poor response from the major car ‘supermarkets’

It is surprising how many of the major car outlets, come supermarkets, fail to respond to enquiries through Autotrader regarding the service history of the car they’re trying to sell. Should this be an obvious ‘no-no’ from the point of view of the potential buyer?

It is disappointing for a vehicle enquiry to receive no response, although it is worth bearing in mind that online advertising means the number of potential enquiries increases significantly. However, we would suggest that one or two serious enquiries should be enough to receive a response, and we would look elsewhere if you do not receive one.
